O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Stately ★ Modern ★ Elegant ★ This listing is one of four in The Tenant House. This completely restored one bedroom, one bathroom unit has a remote control fireplace, Juliet balcony, original hardwood flooring, a beautiful patio, and all the amenities one could ask for. Located across from the Richmond Visitors Center, it is within walking distance of the downtown area, parks, and EKU. The laundry, an outdoor patio, and recreational area are all shared spaces. This is an upstairs unit.

Beautiful unit in a restored older home. Whoever renovated this house did an amazing job! Comfy bed and pillows, nice coffee bar. Very walkable and adorable neighborhood. If we come here for another concert we'll want to stay here again! Thank you.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and have now been in all four of the apartments in the complex. Each one has a very similar layout and quality, but they also have their own unique touches that make them feel a little different. We’ve enjoyed every one of them.We usually visit to spend time with our daughter who attends EKU, and the location is perfect for that. It’s also a great spot for walking to the downtown area for dinner or just getting out and exploring a bit.The owner is always incredibly quick with communication and has been very flexible when we’ve had last-minute changes to our plans, which we really appreciate. We highly, highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back again.
