The villa room was very comfortable and roomy

We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. The Zermatt is on the older side and the pool is best for younger kids - not as enjoyable for older teens and adults. Would not recommend drinking the water or the ice as nearly our entire family got sick from it. Some things to consider - the kitchen is very small and was a bit of a challenge to cook for our family of 7, which was necessary for the holiday. The bed frames were falling apart and the furniture in the living room was pretty worn out. Would recommend to others if you don’t plan on cooking and if fancy/nice facilities isn’t a priority.

This place is the Best! We love it

The property was clean, organized, comfortable, and perfect for our girl's weekend. From the description, I thought the property was a detached unit, I didn't like the hotel feel of the room, especially with COVID. We visited the pool, that was a mistake, we were pretty frustrated by the fact that so many people were using that facility at one time during a pandemic. All in all a wonderful time at a great property.
