No food nor drink available on the property. Not even a vending machine. Thankfully there is pizza within walking distance

Hotel advertised free WiFi. It was unnecessarily complex to use, and the voucher provided didnt work. They do not have a full time onsite manager, and the manager did not respond to messages and questions sent via Booking.com. My summary is that its a great location and good room, but if you need any assistance whilst there you are on your own.

Lovely Host, very understanding and helpful.

Shower was a little outdated even though the bathroom ( toilet and sink) was more modern designed.

Jerry who checked us in was really nice and two lovely restaurants in walking distance. He taxied us to the airport the following day, 5mins away. He also offered to take us to a restaurant for breakfast. We had a large bottle of water in the fridge. They can’t call it a hotel as there is no lounge and check in is a separate small building outside, so nowhere comfortable to sit with a coffee while waiting to go to airport for flight.

Studio was very old and the bed was so uncomfortable. We had no towels apart from a hand towel. The TV didn’t work. No lift and had to carry cases up to the third floor. I also have to say that we booked this completely by mistake due to the red telephone box as there is also one at Anna’s on The Beach at Dickinson Beach. So totally our fault that we booked this place.
