Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had several adults and young children who enjoyed the large porch and space to play or lounge. Location was excellent. Close to pool and Pensacola pavilion. Furnished very well and enjoyed rockers on the porch especially with babies! We did need more cooking utensils and plastic glasses (for kids). We Would rent this house again! Another wonderful stay in Seaside!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I hosted seven high school senior boys (our son and six of his friends), and we had a nice experience at Seabiscuit. All seven slept comfortably downstairs, while my wife and I had the master suite to ourselves. Plenty of room inside and on the two levels of spacious porch! The outdoor shower and picnic table area came in handy after hours at the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. We asked for a couple of additional supplies during our stay (like kitchen garbage bags), and these were supplied promptly and courteously. The walk to the Seaside town center was short--about five minutes. It was nice to stroll there in the cool mornings to pick up coffee and donuts to bring back to the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were very happy with our stay. However on our first night the three smoke alarm downstairs started beeping. We took out the batteries in all three but they kept beeping. Called the oncall number and was told someone would be out at 8 in the morning to check-well that wasn't acceptable as noone could sleep through the beeps. Ended up going to Publix and buying new batteries and installed them.
