Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great and views even better than expected. It is truly is high up in the trees and there's plenty of screening from the neighbors. The location is ideal as its in the middle of the island close to the Sanctury and a short drive or bike to the ocean course. Only thing I would note is that with the height there are a lot of steps. We had 4 people in their 70's but by the end of the trip they actually like getting the exercise from the steps. But a elevator is available if needed. Also, house was very clean.

The house is amazing. Very comfortable. Lots of space. Perfectly situated inside of Kiawah in Vanderhorst plantation. Quiet neighborhood and a quick 2 minute walk down the boardwalk to the beach. We will definitely return!

Property provides easy access to beach and great ocean views from huge deck. Lost power one day and property managers were unreachable. Repeated calls, nothing but voicemail. Messages were never answered. No return calls. Finally repaired by city electrical service after calling an emergency maintenance number. Good internet and is a good gathering accommodation for a family.
