Family of 7 fit comfortably. Wonderful home, cozy coastal is how I would describe it. Very spacious and clean. Wonderful finishes and decor. Great kitchen and bathrooms, fully stocked with kitchen needs. Just steps from Big chill and the beautiful pool set up, in a really nice community. The home had a lot of conveniences such as beach wagon, toys, towels, bikes. Easy drive to beach access. Games for the family and awesome bunk bed arrangement. Some grassy area in back for throwing a football around and also a great little back porch. Highly recommend!

This was out first time in 30A and we loved the location of this property and it was very well kept and clean. Over abundance of towels, which is perfect when you have a big family. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week. The property was perfectly located near the entrance of the neighborhood and directly across from the pool. No need for a golf cart. Everything was just as described. We will definitely be back.

Loved the location, property, and management. Home was clean and was the perfect size for our group of 6 (2 adults, 4 teenagers). Communication from owners was great, so check in was very easy and we had good recommendations for what to do during our vacation. The included bikes and beach chairs were also a nice bonus.
