The receptionist Diana went beyond her duty as a receptionist in helping an easy and smooth checkin on arrival 😊 Diana is worth her weight in gold THANKYOU! The facility was secure and the Location was excellent with the metro at the front door, an abundance of restaurants within walking distance.
Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the property.

The comfortable clean room with Dyson hair dryer as well. Impeccable service and location. It was a mother and daughter trip and we felt safe all stay. Close to all amenities and public transport. We loved our stay and they were even reachable via WhatsApp which was very helpful.

The location in the city for a first-time tourist is the best.
The noise and some vibrations of the tram that would discretely sneak into our room at certain times in the night. That’s it.

The apartment was in a great location but is not for older people . To access the apartment was complicated and to access the room was a nightmare. I felt like i was in prison . I am so sorry to be unpolite. However the rooms were sensationally clean and would be great for young people
The access to the room was very scary and difficult , the building is a rabbit warren that you can get lost in as it is the nature of the building . There a wings going to different apartments within the building which looked like a huge school converted to apartment or even a hospital conversion to an apartment.
