The villa was great, very clean. In great location. Service was great anything reported was dealt with quickly and rectified. Only fault was the bed wasn't the best, very creaky when rolling over and the pillows were hard.

Can’t believe how well they take care of this property — spotless.

We very much enjoyed our stay at villa Juanma. We found the location very convenient Local bars and shops and the bus service was reliable and enjoyable The villa itself was peaceful and contained everything needed for a good holiday

My overall impression of the stay is a bit of a mixed bag whilst the villa itself was okay and situated in a great location. I was disappointed that some of my requested requirements for the stay were overlooked, and all the information listed regarding the property was not all as stated. I requested a villa with air conditioning throughout the entire property, which had been confirmed to me. Upon our arrival at the property, we discovered that only the 3 bedrooms had air conditioning, of which only two rooms were working, the two twin rooms to be exact. The aircon in the main room was not working, and after we reported this, the engineer arrived two days later than originally scheduled. We had already spent a week on the property. Needless to say, the house itself was like a Furness as there was no air conditioning in the lounge area or kitchen. Needless to say, this did spoil our stay somewhat, but we did manage to survive. The pool was great!
