Garner Hotel Eight Acres Elgin

The staff were incredible. So helpful, we had an issue with the shower in one of our rooms and it was sorted promptly. We also had a member of our party fall unwell and the staff were very accommodating to this and even offered assistance past our stay. The hotel is due to be renovated in the next few weeks so amenities were not great and the rooms were noisy but this will hopefully be sorted with the refurbishment. Breakfast was great. Would love to stay here again after the refurbishment as long as the staff are retained.

Noisy rooms (could hear the neighbours) but as mentioned above it is likely this will be sorted with the renovations.

Great setting close to Elgin centre. Very comfy room with nice view of the gardens. Staff really helpful.

Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly room very clean and had everything we needed

Pumps on the beers were not on and there were no dedicated bar staff Breakfast was a wee bit disorganised and no fried or poached eggs only scrambled

How rundown it was. Also restaurant, bar and spa facilities were closed allegedly for renovation. The photos on their website are a little bit cheeky considering what it looks like on the website and what you actually get but the staff and Reception are brilliant.
