We had a wonderful experience during our week in Hilton Head at this property. The location was perfect--an easy walk or fast bike ride to Harbor Town (under a mile,) about 1.3 mile lovely bike ride to Sea Pines beach, and about 3 miles to South Beach. There is a Publix just outside the Sea Pines gate for stocking up on groceries. We all loved being able to park at the villa, and get around by foot or bike. The grandkids all enjoyed the biking, and we even rode in the rain. There is also a lovely pool just steps away in the complex. The property was very clean, the kitchen well-equipped and all the beds comfortable. We shared this 3 bedroom villa with our daughter and son-in-law and their 3 children (5, 7, and 9). Everyone was comfortable. There's one tub (helpful with little ones) and 2 showers. Don was responsive in answering any questions.Hilton Head was a regular spot when our children were younger, and we appreciated this lovely villa as a lovely place to connect and create new memories. We hope to return next year.Thank you, Don!

Rental was perfect for our family vacation! Excellent location, walking distance to Harbor Town and Seapines Center and short bike ride to beach! Rental was as advertised and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely book again!

The Host was VERY responsive ... and VERY nice!! The property is a great location for the Heritage and Harbour Town!!

My experience with this rental was excellent in all respects. I was in HH with friends for an annual golf outing and found the location was perfect to enjoy both golf and Harbor Town itself. The rooms, kitchen etc. were all immaculate and furnished perfectly.
