Great apartment! Everything in it looked brand new. Very convenient to everything downtown. Only issue was noise from the bar below us. It went on until midnight one night out of three.Would stay there again.

I’ve been visiting Waynesville regularly for 10 years and was so excited to see the location of this VRBO! In the heart of downtown, what a luxury for a couple traveling. The apartment was perfect in every way. Clean and very well put together. Everything you need and more without feeling cluttered and over-decorated. We found it easy to access the building and apartment. Parking on the street for loading and unloading (signs say up to 3 hour parking so no rush to go move the vehicle). Parking behind the building is easy and if parked near the bookstore, you can see your vehicle from the apt and walk through the well-lit alley back to street level.
