The entry and exit/paid parking was overly priced. Overall, it was okay, we’ve just had better experiences in other condo rentals.

The property & amenities are perfect for families and friends. Few minor things, toilets when flushing were very loud and the dishwasher did not work properly. We did not report and issues while staying as we were running in and out and nothing impaired our stay. We would stay here again.

This trip started out as a 1-star, we had to wait 5 hours to check in after a full day of travel. Once we got to the room, the AC did not work in the bedroom. I reached out to Tina who we booked this through on VRBO and she was very accommodating and jumped in and made sure everything was taken care of. The service we received from her was Five Star, the resort and room was a 3-Star and the check in was a Zero-Star, very unprepared staff at front desk.
