We loved your home! We only had 4 ppl but so much space for us. The outside area was amazing. Beds were very comfortable, very clean home. Close to stores restaurants everything we needed. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Owner allowed us to check in 30 min earlier since our travel time was shorter than expected!! Great communication with the owner throughout the stay!! Layout of the home was perfect for us and the fishing dock/pool/hottub was superb If baseball brings us back to Fort Myers we will stay here again!

Very nice house and property. On canal with nice dock. Very relaxing and caught many fish right off the dock. There was a plumbing issue that the property manager handled as quickly as it could be, giving the nature of the situation. Property manager was very easy to contact and helpful during our stay and on day of check out. We hope to stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Owner was quick to respond and house was nice. Upon our arrival there were no trash bags, inconvenient but not a huge deal as we were visiting family and grabbed some from them until we could get to the store. I wanted to let the owner know about that and a couple other items. Very quick response and even though I told them it was not an issue as I would purchase just wanted them to be aware, they still had some sent within a day. There were a few items, closet door in the master was broken and an infestation of spiders on the lanai. Extremely disappointed in regards to the spiders, it made it difficult to want to be out on the lanai. The pool and spa were really nice but the spiders kept getting worse. The dock with the tiki hut was not usable as the boards were broken and rotting. We were not aware until almost falling through as it was dark when we arrived. I had read comments regarding the property beforehand and one had mentioned the requirement of changing linens prior to departure and the owner mentioned it was not supposed to be listed in the notes on the property, it was still listed when I arrived. Paying a cleaning fee I thought, as with the other comment I read, should include that especially since most people depart early and makes it very difficult. The owner was accommodating and said it wasn’t necessary but I did not like having to bring it up, we still stripped the bed since and started laundry since it was listed but would have been nice to not have so much to worry about at 4am. Overall though it was a very nice home, kitchen seemed to be well stocked (we didn’t make any meals but seemed to have everything you could want/need), and the communication was quick in response to the issues. If I wouldn’t have to worry about the spiders again I would likely rent again.
