The staff was very nice and we loved this hotel. We'll definitely come back!
The ambiance is very nice. I was afraid, this being an adults only hotel, that we would get a lot of rowdy guests taking advantage of the alcohol but this was not the case at all. The mood is polished and the facilities are good. The breakfast was very good.
Took them about a week to release the money charged for the beach towels - a bit excessive in my opinion.

Adults only concept. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Clean and smells lovely.
Balcony at front didnt get sun until late evening and no straighteners in room.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options, nice pool area and available parking.
No bell boy service, staff not very receptive, credit card hold for towels?

Location and adults only
Food at evening meal was terrible after staying there previously and it was always amazing food. Apparently all the old staff have left. New Management and chef but sadly things are not for the best .
