always staff person at the front desk, you could eat breakfast outside and the staff was making suggestions of places to visit or directions to go. would for sure stay again

the pool closing in the middle of the afternoon, even though no lifeguard on duty staying open till 6-7 would be alot better. for those staying longer than 2-3 days having the same breakfast for 7 days is a bit much, needs rotated some, different kinds of bread anf fresh fruit would be great addition . and cold pizza?? not sure that concept

It was nice to have breakfast available and the staff preparing and maintaining it were wonderful. The bathroom in our room was nicely updated, but we had one issue with the separate shower. The raised threshold into the shower was tiled but the slope of the tiles was angled the wrong direction which allowed the water to drain into the room rather than back into the shower area.

The pool hours 8am to 4pm. To have it closed at 4pm didn’t make sense. Most people were out and about during the day and probably would enjoy a dip upon their return, but that wasn’t available. We asked at reception and we were not give a clear explanation on why.

It is located a 10min walk from the port. It has a nice pool and friendly staff. After the check out they let us take a shower and freshen up.

Breakfast selection was not the best. Coffee was not good and there were no pastries such as croissants.

The staff were lovely and the room was clean. Pillows were great.

Mattress is a little springy and the room gets hot too quickly once the air-conditioner is turned off (even when the curtains are drawn). There is no soundproofing! So you are able to hear everything upstairs, downstairs, in the stairwell, in the hallway etc. Even when you're in the bathroom you can hear someone else use their bathroom too (toilet flushing, shower use). Wish we were provided with pool towels. The breakfast was fine, think very European basics - coffee, variety of breads, preserves, eggs, ham and cheese (not international buffet style).
