Convenient hotel close to the train station and the port. Nice staff, clean and quiet room. A good stop in a journey.

Staff nice, polite. Location: i had everything nearby. Breakfast was okay. Overall I enjoyed my staying there. I definitely recommend that hotel.

Nothing I can think of

The best things about the hotel are the central location and quiet rooms. The hotel is in the centre of the town, 5-minute walk away from the train station, about 7-10 mins from the nearest beach/promenade and 2 mins from the old (historical) town. All shops and cafes are within the walkable distance. We travelled with our 2,5-year-old son in a pram and we didn't have any problems to get around,

There're a few serious issues in the hotel. I wouldn't give it 3*, more like 2*. The building is old and requires a major renovation. We stayed on the second floor. The ceiling in the corridor was leaking as well as in our bathroom above the bath when guests on the 3rd floor had a shower/bath. Almost nothing worked in our room--from a TV remote control to a hair dryer. We asked several times to resolved the issue with the remote control, but it's never been done, so we gave up on the 3rd day of our stay and switched the channels manually. There were no safe in the room or anywhere at the reception, so we carried all our valuables with us. The aircon (although worked) was a bit too noisy when switched on maximum. I'd been waiting for 2 days for an iron (they didn't have it available straight away), then a lady at the reception advised me to go and buy one (!!) The breakfast is repetitive for a 3* hotel. It's okay if you stay a couple of nights, but we stayed a week, so were bored with it very quickly.
