Renovated apartment, tucked away in a quiet courtyard, close to downtown. All the city’s amenities are within walking distance, and at the end of the day, you can retreat to the calm comfort of this 70 m2 apartment.
Dating back to 1889 and built on the site of a former blacksmith’s shop, your front door is located in a gated courtyard away from the bustle of the street, in an area renowned for its numerous hofjes (enclosed courtyards) some dating back to the 1600s
Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll reach the shopping district, and within 10 minutes, you’ll be at the King’s Working Palace, the Houses of Parliament (Binnenhof), the Mauritshuis, the Escher Museum, the National Dance Theater and Concert Hall, and the antique market on the Lange Voorhout (every Sunday).
Dine at any one of the numerous cafes and restaurants The Hague has to offer, including the picturesque Avenue Culinaire on the canal just around the corner.

By tram, you can reach the beach in 20 minutes; by train, it’s 15 minutes to Delft, 25 minutes to Rotterdam, and 50 minutes to Amsterdam. We had another wonderful 2 week stay in Lyn and Kees clean, quiet and well equipped apartment. It’s close to everything; tram, train, grocery store and sights. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home. The bed is very comfortable. Lyn and Kees are so kind, welcoming and helpful! We would recommend this apartment to anyone and will be staying here again the next time we are in Den Haag!

Excellent flat, freshly renovated quite luxuriously with everything one needs at hand. Located right near the city centre in a peaceful, quiet backyard. Highly recommended!

Lyn and Kees were warm, welcoming, and accommodating hosts. They were so kind answering all of our questions, giving our kids a tour of Kees’ wood shop, and shared many local recommendations.The apartment is beautiful and spacious, and a perfect place to stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, beds were very comfortable, the washer and dryer were very helpful. The location is great, very closeto the tram station and easy walking to the The Hague center.We look forward to coming back!

Very clean and modern ground floor apartment close to downtown. Private entrance in back of building. Close to trams, shopping, restaurants and government buildings. The Hague Central train station is only 2 stops away, so very convenient to InterCity train travel.
Hosts are very personable, attentive and available without being intrusive. They live upstairs from the rental, so are very easy to get in touch with as needed.
A bottle of wine and a special gluten free treat (we are celiacs) welcomed us on our arrival!
Bed was comfortable and there was a lot of space to unpack your belongings. There is even an espresso machine for your morning coffee ritual!
Overall a 5-star rental in our view!
