It is close to every place we needed to be. There is a mall conveniently located at the ground and very close to Shaw Blvd MRT Station. I like that it has a washing machine and a tumble dryer that said we didnt have to bring soiled clothes with us. The air conditioning and wifi is really good.
It is quite small but not surprised as it was already mentioned in the description. Not an issue for us.

Everything is ok, A Staycation that you can look forward to again and again. The owner & caretaker prompt response. Spacious and complete with washing machine. Near to Starmall and Megamall. Will choose this place again.

The owner put a lot of effort into making sure all things are covered for what one needs.Downstairs is a small mall with a super . Down the road is a mega mall . If your looking to explore a different area outside of Makati this would be a great place and the elevators are very fast. Also it has Netflix.
Not the owners fault but it’s very small. Max people is two.
