The company that manages these properties, Escape to Blue Ridge, is awesome! They were clear and communicative leading up to our stay and the little binder they have at that the cabin continues that, with a reliable guest services call line. This cabin was the one we originally booked, but had to be canceled due to safety issues. They gave us another cabin, 2x the size dubbed the Lonesome Dove property, for the same price. We really appreciated how clean, beautiful, and spacious the cabin was. And the complimentary watermelon. My only complaint would be the limited dinnerware - only 6 large plates, maybe 1 small bowl? But that's a tiny complaint. We loved our stay!

We had a great stay. Very nice cabin with an amazing view from the deck. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Very clean and welcoming cabin. Great location. Gorgeous view. Could not have been better!

We arrived at 3:30, cleaners still there. We went on the back porch and the screened porch. Door missing from screen porch. WE had to call guest services and request a door. We were told a couple of weeks before arrival that the fireplace was not in working order. The place is run down, dust build up and spider webs everywhere. Air hockey in game room was broken, they said they would come back and fix it but failed to do so. The other game, shuffle board I think, had no sand and did not function properly. The upstairs bathroom is tiny, hot, and lady bugs galore upstairs, live and dead. The couch and chairs and mattresses were very uncomfortable. I could continue listing issues, but I’ll just say we were very disappointed. Definitely not what we expected, however, it was a nice view and close to the town.
