Great value. Very nicely appointed condo with two pools, pickleball courts, and steps from the beach. Excellent communication from the host made preparing for our trip, the stay, and the departure smooth sailing. Highly recommend!

Bob’s condo is awesome. As the listing says, it’s been fully renovated. The place is beautiful and in a great location just steps from the beach. There’s a nice view of the ocean, too. The condo was extremely clean when we checked in and communication from Bob was fantastic in the weeks before our trip, once we arrived, when it was time to leave, and after our trip. The condo is stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again! We’ve stayed at several condos in this resort and enjoyed Bob’s the most! Thanks Bob!

I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Bob really thought of everything you need, including a wagon to take to the beach and a cart to bring your luggage in. I have been staying at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort for well over 10 years, and this is the nicest condo I have stayed in. Bob communicated everything we needed to know through email and text and responded immediately when I needed an extra parking pass. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be booking again!

Quick walk to the beach, restaurants , bars, pool! Can see the ocean and an alligator in the same chair from the balcony! Appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, carts. Warm/Sunny for spring break in the beginning of April!
