OUR STAY WAS AMAZING! WE RELAXED ON THE COVERED BACK PORCH AND JUST LISTENED TO THE WAVES. THIS CONDO HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR THE PERFECT GETAWAY

All was very nice. One of the dbl beds needs a new mattress. Besides that it was all great.

Great gulf view apartment. Clean and well kept. Would happily book again.

The unit was excellent. Clean, decorated beautifully, well stocked (except towels but they tell you that so bring extra). My only complaint is that Pelican Point advertises as a non smoking property. It is listed in description and posted in several places around the property. However, it is not enforced. I am allergic to smoke and am an asthmatic so it isn’t a personal preference issue but a health issue. I communicated and was told they would follow up. I was texted to call but when I did they said call was choppy. This is just to allow others to be aware (it limited my ability to use our balcony and the pool). Other than this it is a great place-unfortunately we won’t go back.
