Perfect location and extremely comfortable. Walking distance to Sapphire beach, quick taxi ride to ferry and restaurants at Red Hook. David was so helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Saphire beach was great. Host was very attentive. Very clean.

This property was absolutely AMAZING, and the owner David, was incredibly responsive and helpful. He promptly answered all of our questions with great details about the island which made our stay even more enjoyable. Will definitely be back to this property.

The condo unit itself was very nicely decorated, clean, and well equipped. However, the resort itself was very disappointing. Everything seemed to be in a state of disrepair, with poor maintenance and upkeep. Much of the property is in dire need of attention and repairs. The landscaping was not manicured like it should be in a resort. There were unsightly building materials everywhere. The pool is perfectly situated beside the ocean but is not well kept. The stone around it looks dirty, landscaping is in poor shape, and the pool bar was never open and appeared to have been vandalized. Also, the odor from the seaweed(sargassum) was at times unbearable but best case was tolerable. The parking lot is not even paved - it’s all gravel with big potholes everywhere. This stay was not worth half of what we paid for it.
