Hôtel & Spa Les Mouettes

The hotel was fine, room was okay with easy access. Overall most aspects okay. Staff were very good. Food although limited for lunch was great value. Pool and sunbathing area functional.

Room not quite the standard I would have expected for a 4 star hotel. Outside area of the room wasn't great not particularly private and the view was poor blocked by a fence.

Excellent staff, everyone just made it easy. Excellent location to use as a base, in no town but right on the road.

I would liked to be able to eat an evening meal at hotel, hotel next door so not biggest issue

The location is great. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

We stayed in one of the studios. The bed was super uncomfortable, as it was two small single beds pushed together but not really attached or fixed to each other and there was a very uncomfortable gap in the middle of the bed. One of the most uncomfortable beds I encountered at a hotel. The worst part was the bathroom which has a shower with a totally flat slab below it and this is above the floor level of the bathroom which means when you take a shower the whole bathroom gets flooded with a lot of water and there is absolutely no way to prevent it. The bathroom turned into a dirty wet mess (muddy because we needed to use our shoes to avoid stepping on water) and it was really uncomfortable to use. These two issues are very basic stuff that this hotel doesn't get right. I'm surprised the room could have been so bad at this price level. I invite the hotel owners to just go and try to take a shower in that bathroom to understand the problem.
