Easy access from the car to the lodge with heavy luggage made the whole thing a delight.
Wifi in the room, perhaps the instructions could be in the room rather than at reception, just a thought.
Great place to stay with a fabulous restaurant, the hot breakfast despite all the great reviews wasn't good, however the cold buffet was as described "excellent" and we found it so.

It's a wonderful Golf Hotel, rooms were as expected, clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and very considerate. We also loved the breakfast.
Sadly the pool was unavailable, which wasn't made clear to us when we booked.

Great pool area
No air conditioning and fan was broken! We were presented with a ‘fan from maintenance that’s dirty’ - they didn’t attempt to clean it!
Also service at the bar was painfully slow despite 5-6 staff working, needs a major management improvement
