Great property and amenities! We enjoyed our stay and being close to the clubhouse and pool was great.

Great location. Unit had a smell throughout the stay. It wasn’t terrible but noticeable. Walls need to be painted.

This rental was adequate. There are 2 king beds and a bunk room which for our family is necessary. The balcony was not clean (trash & beach toys strewn). We had trouble with one of the toilets flushing and there were not enough towels for our group of 7. I contacted the management and more towels were provided. The Pointe West condo complex is nice & well cared for. The pools available are also very nice, but be aware there is a 25/pp extra fee to use the pool facilities. Although I prefer finding rentals with king beds for the adults, I will probably not rent this unit in the future.
