Nichts

Excellent food, kind personnel, comfortable rooms (especially comfy beds!), nicely decorated and in a beautiful area surrounded by nature. Free (large) parking available, daily brochures, quite close to many attractions and suitable for exploring around.

The entire hotel is absolutely beautiful, with exceptional décor and carefully selected furniture, the room was lovely, spacious. Beautiful spa and wellness area add another wonderful touch to the stay. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food to choose from.

Considering how beautiful the hotel is and how much it has to offer, it is disappointing that so little attention seems to be given to hospitality and to making guests feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, the staff did not make us feel particularly welcome, and everything about this stay felt rather cold and impersonal. We were greeted by a receptionist whose English was quite limited, while some of the other staff members continued to speak to us in German while we didn't understand a bit. Moreover, there are hardly any signs, instructions or information available in English throughout the hotel, which makes navigating and understanding the facilities unnecessarily difficult, and even in the wellness area, there are no descriptions or explanations of the different saunas in English, with everything provided only in German.
