Bardzo miła obsluga, czyste pokoje, super ze jest spa i można było odpocząć po trasie. Fajne śniadania. Cały obiekt był bardzo przyjemny i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wyboru tego miejsca. W tej cenie uważam że to świetna okazja. Bardzo polecam to miejsce

The hotel is located in a beautiful park and the spa area with the pool and sauna is most pleasant. There’s also an inner courtyard that leads to a lovely riverside. There’s the option to have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the stunning park and certain breakfast rooms boast a wonderful interior. Overall, the castle grounds deserve special attention, making it a pleasure to walk around the territory. The check-in and check-out times are very convenient.

There are different areas that need to be repaired, including the main lift that doesn’t work. We were expected to use the second one that is always full. The rooms do not lock from the inside and we had other guests enter our room in the middle of the night, claiming that the room was theirs. It’s ridiculous that the hotel issues the same key cards to different guests and anyone can walk into the rooms as they please. The room is in dire need of renovations: the ceiling is falling apart from old leaks and while old-fashioned furniture may be aesthetic, the chair that falls apart when you sit on it should probably be replaced by a new one.

The only plus is access to the park and the receptionists.

The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars. No drinking water in the room. It is not possible to call the reception from the number. Internet in the room is unstable or almost none. There was no cleaning for the entire period of the stay. Breakfast is not tasty. Pillows are uncomfortable.
