Great location, nice layout, GiGI is a great host. Very welcoming. The house was very tidy and clean with the exception of the windows, they need a good cleaning inside and outside. The chairs in kitchen need new cushions as does the couch and chair in living room. Need new padding. All and all. Great Stay.

We've been visiting Kinsale for 20+ years and this may be the best accommodation we've had. We knew the location (right in the middle of town) was going to be great. The surprise was just how big and spacious the house felt, the rooms were quite large and the layout was wide open. Gigi was a great host, hope to be back again next year.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the pump house in Kinsale. The location was perfect and our property, host, Gigi, was the best. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy the Kinsale area and all it has to offer.

We had an excellent stay in Kinsale. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained and in a great location. It far exceeded expectations. Gigi greeted us on arrival, providing a warm welcome with provisions for breakfast. She and John were excellent hosts and extremely helpful. We look forward to returning.
