We were fortunate enough to be upgraded at check-in by Shianne to a suite which was very large. We particularly enjoyed all the extra space, views and the private jacuzzi bath.
Large cooking area with all the amenities to make meals. Great location for accessing the parks particularly Universal and Sea World
Mattresses could've been slightly more comfy, and bedroom lights could've been warmer/dimmer if being picky

The pool area was wonderful, the rooms were spacious
The water would fluctuate from hot to warm but I just like super hot showers it was fine for everyone else

The friendliness of the staff customer service was on point the cleanliness of the hotel inside and out great location
Parking I would say it would be my only dislike if I could call it that once the parking up front is filled up the rest of the parking to me is a little far out and there's only one way into the hotel if there was access through the other doors that would be so much better but other than that the hotel is 10 out of 10 in my book

Out dated lots of noise people arguing at 4 in morning outside in a car had to go reception to ask for it to sorted
Have used properly on previous occasions definitely not the same now
