This house was perfect for our family to enjoy each other in the same space. We did have a couple of hiccups but they was quick to act for every situation. Would definitely look for this company again.

House was clean, description was accurate, neighbors were very friendly, and beach access was easy.

Great location

Pool heater was not on as planned. They quickly came to turn it on but it was broken. Key reason I rented this house. The management company was very easy to work with, they tried to get it fixed and kept in communication about it. The dryer in the unit is still not working correctly. Boxes for something blocking the use of the garage on one side. Some of the items in the game room were broken or didn't fully work. But we still managed to have a good time. Bar area was helpful for the overflow of items and for preparing beverages. Also, in the contract, it says don't turn the thermostat below 74! What?! Luckily outside temps were cooler.
