We stayed with our family of 6 and the house was great. Hot tub and deck were a great place to hang out and we had fun playing basketball. Very centrally located to downtown as well as great hikes, easy in and out to Silverton and to Telluride. Loved being across the street from the river path.

There were multiple fans provided in each room, but despite that, it remained 82 degrees at night in the house which made it hard to sleep. It was cool outside but we had a hard time getting air to circulate in the house. Otherwise it was well stocked, had great space for a large group. Huge gourmet kitchen! Beautiful location. Nice and clean. They even had a guitar which my husband loved playing! We would stay here again but in the cooler seasons.
