I’ve stayed at another property in this building 2 years ago which is why I chose it again. Property is well kept if a bit dated. The one glaring flaw is that no outdoor table or chairs is provided on the back deck where we like to spend time when not out and about. In addition, the folding chairs provided are very uncomfortable.

Had everything we needed and great proximity to town. Only thing I would critique is investing in a comfier and bigger bed for the master.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is located next to the river, close to running trails and the Hot Springs. Town is a 10-15 minute walk away. The kitchen is well outfitted with supplies for cooking and clean. We did have a couple of problems with the property. First, the owner did not pay for the WiFi and the property management company was not able to reach her to pay the bill. Therefore, we were not able to access WiFi for the entire trip. They did refund us $250, but it was an inconvenience. Also, I am not sure why but all of us were experiencing allergy symptoms in the unit for the first several days. It improved after the temperature dropped and we aired the apartment out. Also the toilet seat is badly stained and should be replaced.
