Fairway Views from a Screened Balcony | 2BR/2BA Villa with Updated Bath | La Puerta del Sol — Isla del Sol, St. Petersburg, FL
Ever wondered what it's like to sip your morning coffee while ibis wander the fairways below? That's the daily rhythm at this sun-filled 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa in La Puerta del Sol on Isla del Sol — where the screened balcony frames rolling green fairways, swaying palms, and big Florida sky from a comfortable four-top dining set that begs for slow breakfasts and late-afternoon cocktails.
Inside, the open living and dining area is bright and airy, with wood-look plank flooring, coastal styling, and wide sliders that pull the green views right into the room. Gather around the glass-top dining table for four, or settle onto the plush sofa with the TV on and the balcony doors open. The kitchen features crisp white cabinetry and everything you need to pull together a quick bite before a beach day or a leisurely dinner when you return.
The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with its own fairway views and an adjacent bath that's been beautifully updated with marble-look tile and a glass-enclosed tub and shower. The second bedroom's two twin beds make it a natural fit for kids, grandkids, or traveling friends, with a second full bath close by.
From Isla del Sol, you're minutes to the warm turquoise Gulf, St. Pete Beach, and Fort De Soto Park — rent a kayak, ferry out to Egmont Key, or claim a stretch of renowned North Beach for the day. Fishing charters, sailing, sunset cruises, and the shops and restaurants of downtown St. Petersburg round out a vacation that can be as busy or as unhurried as you like.
Snowbirds, nature watchers, and anyone craving a green-and-blue view will feel at home here. This villa books quickly for monthly stays — reserve your season at La Puerta del Sol and let island time take over.

Had a great time at Isla del Sol - apartment was exactly as listed and community area was great. We worked from “home” here for a month and wifi was perfect, which was a huge bonus!
We have stayed elsewhere in St. Pete’s and this location was our favorite. Easy to get to everything you need in the St. Pete’s area - perfect mix of beach/ downtown access
