What we loved: The rental was clean and comfortable. Plenty of pillows and extra bedding a bonus! The towels were better than most. Coffee maker, toaster, washer & dryer, personal fan, air conditioning, very much appreciated. Spices in the kitchen and adequate cookware and silverware - awesome! The host was very responsive when we contacted him.What we didn't like:No nightstands or lamps. We used bar stools as nightstands, but still no lamps.No ice maker or even ice trays. We bought ice trays at the dollar store so we could have iceThe shower was difficult to figure out and operate--totally not intuitive, no instructions

Simple and safe. Got a little confused with the checking in process but the host was super responsive and quick to problem solve. The house felt private enough. Overall good experience! Would stay again for sure.

Only complaint is we had to contact owner for door codes 2 hours after check in time. Thankfully we were not quite there yet, apparently it wasn’t ready yet.

The house was clean, easy to find, beds comfortable, nice neighborhood. The rules came across like military orders & seemed unreasonable: Don't change the temperature, which was set at 72, don't open any windows, don't wear shoes. When I finally called the owner on the last day, he was quick to change the temperature setting remotely. We never did get the TV to work for local news. It would have been nice to have a few condiments, e.g. sugar/sweetener, mayo, butter. The internet service was real slow and buffered frequently. My guess is the owner will remedy these situations & it will be a nice stay for the comparatively reasonable cost.
