This rental was as advertised. The pool was great! For older folks, handles or rails to get in and out would be helpful but were not installed. The inside was very nice and spacious. The decor and appliances were very nice. The property manager was very responsive when contacted. Would book again.

Beautiful house steps away from the beach. Nice swimming pool with built in table to lounge around with family and friends. Conveniently located close to Pine Ave. shops and restaurants and close to several trolley stops if you want to explore the island without having to search for a parking spot. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppertree Paradise! The description and pictures depict exactly how the home looks. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We were a group of 3 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for us. I loved sitting on the enclosed front porch to have my coffee every morning. The path to the beach was super easy to go back and forth. Thank you for your wonderful review of Peppertree Paradise! We're delighted to hear the home was exactly as expected and provided everything your group needed for a relaxing island getaway. It sounds like the enclosed front porch became a favorite spot, and we can certainly understand why. Morning coffee in a peaceful setting is one of the simple pleasures of vacation! We're also glad the home's layout worked well for your group and that the easy beach access made enjoying the Gulf a breeze. Thank you for staying with Once Upon A Beach. We hope to welcome you and your family back to Anna Maria Island again soon! ☀️🏖️🌴

Even though our family enjoyed our stay in AMI the overall experience of the rental fell short of our expectations. Just like the previous reviewer mentioned the pictures do not depict reality and already pointed out some of the issues. The overall feel of the house is tired and worn; old furniture with scuff marks, old appliances, refrigerator with dents on the doors, worn chipped Teflon/Ceramic pans, nonfunctioning toaster, stained bed sheets, bleached spots on seat covers of dining room chairs, dust on the plastic plants in the living room, dust on the ceiling fans. walls that are chipped. When you are paying a premium, you expect much more attention to detail.
