The property was exactly as pictured in the listing and had the appearance of a very recent remodel. The host was very attentive with email messages at every step of the way. The neighborhood is interesting and deserves to be explored on walking tours. If you are new in town, make sure to explore nearby Balboa Park.

Beautiful space with everything you need. Great communication from the host. The room is as nice in real life as it looks online.

I really enjoyed my stay in South Park. The unit was very nice and clean. It had everything I needed for my stay and John was very communicative. I would stay here again for sure!

What a cute, quiet place to stay in the San Diego area. So much is located close by in this very safe area of the neighborhood, and it's easy walking distance to go just about anywhere in a reasonable length of time. The bed was very comfortable, it was really quiet during the night, and I would gladly stay here again. Access was easy and I felt extremely secure the entire time. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to travel to the San Diego area.
