The house has been taken care of with modern appliances and has a good location. We had a problem with TV reception in the family room. Also, we noticed a kitchen sink leak which needed to be addressed. Julie was very helpful when we called about the TV but it just went out again so we just enjoyed nature and playing cards!

Some of the older parts of the cabin could use a little upgrading but it had a nice cable feel.

We enjoyed our time here. The back patio has nice views, looking out into a redwood forest.
