We usually stay in Siesta Key but decided to switch it up this year and go to the Rosemary beach area. We were shocked at how crowded the beach was compared to Siesta Key. It was wall to wall people in the area reserved for this condo. The proximity to the beach is great with this condo however and the food in Rosemary Beach is amazing! The condo itself, however, is older and is starting to show some wear and tear. The beds were extremely uncomfortable/hard. There weren't any extra blankets in the condo if you got cold and the beach towels in the listing are just small bath towels. You will need your own beach towels. It was nice to have beach chairs in the condo but the provided umbrella is torn on top and worn out. The television streaming service buffers quite a bit. We did message with Laura, the host, and she went above and beyond to try to fix the problem. She was one of the most attentive hosts I've experienced. We weren't very successful with some of the platforms but others eventually worked fine. The noise from upstairs was also pretty significant. Could've just been our luck but there were children running back and forth dtarting very early in the morning so sound travels in these condos. Overall, not a bad condo but have realistic expectations. It's a bit older and could use some work but the price is good for the area.

Was at this property last August and loved it.There was some confusion about check in but that was rectified fairly quickly however there were some issues that the owner should be made aware of:Only 1 key fob for 6 clientsMaster bathroom and tub in middle bath sink leaks1 roll tp in each bathOnly one bath towel per personBroken chairs on patio (armrests)Ice maker doesn’t put out iceDryer takes about an hour to dry towels-may need cleaned.Just things that would help in customer satisfaction.
