This property was as described-a cozy mountain retreat. It was nicely furnished with all the essentials. We especially loved the large screened in porch. Our pets were welcomed at a reasonable price.
There were no lamps in the living area and this necessitated using the ceiling lights at all times. Most electrical outlets were in use for appliances or inconveniently placed.

We really liked the studio. It was nice and cozy.
We didn't like the roads that you had to travel to get to the property. It was one lane most of the way and very hard to get over when meeting another vehicle. The road quality was poor.

Absolutely loved the area! It was secluded into the mountains but not too tucked away. The drive up is kind of narrow but completely doable, so just keep that in mind. Besides that, the hosts were super kind, they prepped everything that you think you would need from kitchen appliances to bathroom necessities. Hosts live on sight, just upstairs.
The lock on the front door wouldn’t automatically lock like it said it did, you had to mess around with it to make sure it actually lock. You couldn’t tell if it was locked or not from the inside because it could just be opened regardless. We had one person stand outside and another figure out the lock from the inside. I was a little uneasy, I think it might be better if there was another deadbolt on top to ensure that everything is secure.

Clean and quiet!
The narrow entrance was a little unsettling but the more I drove it, it became less of an issue.
