This is a beautiful property just like the pictures. Clean and comfortable for our group of 10 (7 adults, 3 kids). Martin, the host, was very responsive to my inquiries from the minute I booked the property to the very end.Just a few minor observations: the lock box and the front door are tricky to lock, the icemaker on refrigerator doesn't make much ice so buy some. One member needed an iron/ironing board but there wasn't one available. If you have trouble climbing stairs, this property is not for you. It's a great workout for the legs.

We loved our stay! The house was exactly as advertised — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The owner was incredibly kind and very quick to communicate whenever we had questions, which made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. The community itself was beautiful and peaceful as well. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Very nice and well cleaned

The property was very clean and the owners were responsive. We ran into problems with the air conditioning. The system is set and controlled by the owner and you have to constantly reset it to get it to cool to anything below 73. It was very hot during the day and at night. The listing also states that the Beach Club rents paddle boards, bikes and kayaks. We tried to rent from the Beach Club but we’re referred to off-site companies which then led to us carrying a kayak and paddle board from the house to the beach (not an easy task). This information would have been helpful to have upfront so that we could make arrangements ahead of time.
