It was just my husband and I here so it was way bigger than we needed, but it felt very spacious and definitely very clean. The layout is nice and open with tall ceilings so it feels very spacious We were able to walk around barefoot and never had dirty feet at the end of the day because the floors were so clean. We did bring our own Starlink so we can’t speak of the Internet speed. The TV situation wasn’t great. The remotes weren’t very responsive and you have to login to the apps to watch anything, your two choices are Netflix and YouTube. the TV in the bedroom wasn’t working for us, but it wasn’t a big deal because we were out all day playing on the lake and it gave us time to come home and read and relax instead of watching TV. we only used one bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. I love to cook, but I was uninspired by the kitchen. I wish there were more staples and better cooking utensils and other items to cook larger meals, and things such as foil and so on. it’s hard to pack for a trip and bring everything from home so it would be nice to have those little things. Our host was very responsive and I really appreciated that. The location, even though it was on the road was nice and quiet. The proximity to the lake was really nice as well. We were able to keep our boat at the docks at Elkins Lodge. Elkins was a fantastic place to hang out. It’s so nice and clean and the food was great in the fine dining section.

Tammy's house is perfect for a family visit. We spend a lot of time in Luby Bay and were only 15 minutes away. The area around the house was beautiful, we even saw a bear on the road close by. We are big bikers and the biking right out the door of the house was amazing. I recommend a ride to Tango Creek!All the bedrooms, the kitchen, and the two bathrooms were great but the best room was the living room. It was big with lots of windows and a comfy couch.We are grateful to have found such nice accomodations so close to Luby Bay.

The place was not as cleaned as I would expect. Lots of dust and the kitchen needed more cleaning. Also, someone should change all the burnt out light bulbs and make sure the bed side lamps work. The fire pit was not safe to use. With some work, this could have been a five star, but not clean enough to my liking and lack of care.

Well where do I start.Check in was easy, when you could find the property, no address posted on the main road, we found the mail box with the address behind the house.. Second concern that they don't tell you is somebody lives downstairs below you with access to come up to the main house and the rooms you were sleeping in. Did not feel safe with that setup. The grounds were not very tidy, weeds overgrown. We had a camp fire one night in the outdoor old worn out fire pit. They might want to invest in a new one. Just saying. No air condition!! It's August, Very hot trying to sleep.They did have fans in the rooms.
