Convenient, clean, well maintained. The beach chairs and umbrellas were an EXCELLENT addition and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this condo to other travelers!

The condo was steps from the beach. We had an ocean view from the balcony and could watch the sunrise every morning.

Condo location was good! Couch in main room needs replacing. Very uncomfortable. Fry pans and pots in kitchen also need to be updated and replaced.

Amazing stay in a brand new pool and beach view 2 bed/2 ba condo!! Gorgeous sunrise views from the patio..I loved the beach vibes interior, very clean and calming. I liked the furniture so much I had to know where they purchased certain items and I received an immediate response from Dean, the owner. Unit was missing coat hangers and a broom and both were purchased and brought over to me right away. Great service!! Extremely easy check-in and super responsive property manager and owner. Highly recommended for couples or families! I’m looking forward to the next time I can visit- I will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area.
