Lorenzo extremely helpful.

Lovely and comfortable apartment in the heart of Florence at Piazza del Mercato central. Nice balcony overlooking the lively plaza. The apartment is perfectly clean and well stocked, including several different ways to make your morning coffee. Lorenzo was very helpful and accommodating when we arrived a bit late. He gave us some great local recommendations and a nice bottle of wine to enjoy our first night, and a secure spot to store our bags for a few hours after checkout. Would definitely stay again- highly recommend!

Lorenzo is a charming host and the apartment is very pretty. It is located in the centre of the old city making major attractions within an easy walk. But, if you have any mobility issues, it is a challenge. There is a floor and a half of stairs before you get to the elevator. Lorenzo helped with our luggage and when we arrived and departed but other than that, it was my travelling companion who had to carry my walker up and down those stairs.

Lorenzo was an incredible host. Met us in person, suggested great restaurants. Clean, fully stocked, well maintained apartment. Conveniently located walking distance to sites and great restaurants.
