Staff and location excellent

Central host was so accommodating and gave plenty of recommendations.

We have chosen the apartment, for which no breakfast option was available, and which is reached through a different entrance than the hotel. The apartment is spacious, basically spotless, and has a pleasant, classical interior design along with a comfortable, sufficiently large bed. All the amenities we needed were available. Above all though, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, such that not only the main tourists spots are only a short walk away, but every corner of the city is more or less in walking distance. Nevertheless, it was very quiet at night, and even at daytime, basically the only audible noise was of the gondoliers, who were mostly shouting instead of the stereotypical singing -- but that is outside of the accomodation's control. Of the staff, I only got to meet Federico at the reception, and I could not imagine a better host -- very helpful, patient, cultured, cheerful, and always available for a quick or not-so-quick chat. Having booked without knowing much about Venice and its topology, our expectations were exceeded in particular with respect to the location, so I gladly give a 10/10 for our stay. We would be happy to return.

Really nothing to complain. Elderly or larger people may want to consider accessibility and/or the relatively small size of the bathroom, but we ourselves did not have any problems.

Helpful staff and kept very clean.

Not a lot of communal space to relax or gather. If the weather had been bad, we would have had very limited options at the hotel.
