We had an excellent stay at the cabin. Cleanliness could be improved, there was pet hair on pillows, it was overall pretty dusty, and the floors were not very well vacuumed/cleaned - which is something the host may want to address with the cleaning crew, but also not surprising due to the size of the house, pet friendly nature, and woodsy location. Hospitality is not valued as much as other places we have stayed for the price; however, most listings in this area disclose the same approach (i.e., not including things like dish soap, hand soap in the bathrooms, extra toilet paper, coffee, etc), so I would still give a 5/5 rating. Overall our family found the layout and size very accommodating, location is very central and convenient, and the amenities like laundry facilities, clothes hangers, extra blankets, and baby gate for pets was a great addition. We never had a reason to reach out to the host, but they left very clear instructions on how to get in touch if needed, and how to maximize comfort during our stay.

We definitely enjoyed are stay the house was as pictured and perfect for are family would stay there again location was convenient to everything host was very responsive

Loved this cabin , and the host was great . Wonderful experience. Literally perfect for every age . Definitely will be back

My family absolutely loved this Cabin . The Cabin didn’t look big from the pictures but once you got inside, wow , it has lots of room. The cabin was very clean and needed nothing ! If you were looking for a cabin, that’s very close to anything in pigeon Forge, This is your place. I’ve stayed at other cabins that took 10-15 minutes to get back to the city , but this one was 2 mins away from the main strip . The host was easy to deal with, and when we needed to add another night they gave us a great deal, Thank Matthew ! Will definitely boom again !
