Property is beautiful and kept really clean.

This is the best VRBO I've ever stayed in! We were allowed to check in a little early and when the code didn't work, i got a reply with correct code almost immediately. The condo was spotless and the furniture and decor was top notch.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enough can't be said of the view from this unit. Every afternoon, my wife and I would race back to the condo to watch the sunset and it never disappointed. Everything was wonderful and I just wish we were able to stay longer.

Firstly, this unit was wonderful, clean, and everything was great. While we were there, we even were planning on re-booking this unit in the future for more vacations. We loved everything. Then, a few days after we were home (1000 miles away), we get a call saying that we need to return the wrist bands for the pool. I informed them that we did not have them, never used them, and they never left the bag they were in, along with a parking pass on the counter. We were then charged $264 for 10 wrist bands for the pool that we never used. I discussed this with the property manager, however they were unable to find them. Because of this issue, I don't feel we will be using Glass Casa again, which is disappointing because of all the other positives from this unit.
