Mio Hotel Firenze

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were excellent and very responsive. Room was exactly what I needed for a quick layover. Location was excellent- not far from Firenze SMN by tram. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Breakfast was good.

Shower was too small.

We are very happy that we chose to stay here for our one night before catching an early morning flight. It is very close to the airport yet super close to catching the tram into Florence to enjoy the day there before spending the last night in Europe. And the staff were so helpful in arranging a taxi for us at 3:30am. Additionally, we thought we left something behind and they kindly checked the room and got back to us right away. They were very nice in expressing sorrow for our loss too. Later we found the item in our luggage, so it wasn't left behind, but their kind interaction sat with us. I will be staying here again if ever in the area.

The bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on the floor, could have also done with an upgrade of linen
