Location, quiet, clean and perfect for our needs. Elisa is an excellent hostess who made our short stay super memorable!

Elisa was incredibly warm, kind, and very helpful without impeding on our privacy or personal space. The building was an amazing piece of history, and the location was convenient and yet quiet. We were struggling with jet lag issues, and it was so quiet in the mornings that we continually slept in over an hour past our normal natural wake up time without even realizing it was late. We enjoyed her breakfast offerings, and she seemed to just know exactly when we were ready for our next cup of coffee. There were also very helpful recommendations listed in her welcome book and she was quick to offer more personalized suggestions when we asked. I can imagine there are many nice places to stay in Venice, but I would return here easily due to the amazing hosts we had, for prime location in a slightly more local feeling neighborhood, and for what I considered very good value for the quality of the accommodations.

Great location and fantastic historic property but with modern amenities like AC and modern bathroom. The host (Elisa) was fantastic! She took the time to sit down with me and show me the best places to visit and marked them on the map for me. The room was great! Nice size, super quiet, and great location. Location was on a small canal but near the grand canal area too.

Our favourite stay out of the 7 properties we stayed in as we traveled around Italy. Elisa was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We loved staying here and would 100% stay here again next time we are in Venice.
