We stayed at this location for a week. We were celebrating our anniversary and birthday. The location and property were immaculate and convenient. The place was clean and the grounds were nice for daily activities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved this rental, it was just as described. So much to do within the location from pools to taking walks and the most we loved was that it was so close to Baytowne Wharf! Literally walking distance. The balcony was a plus! Everything you need from coffee maker to microwave. Even has a washer n dryer!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Great location. Pretty spacious. Quiet. Tram access. Full-sized kitchen and appliances. Cons: Extensive booking/check-in process (way more than anywhere I've ever stayed). TINY parking spaces in the parking garage.(made for compact vehicles) I drove my full-sized pickup and had the toughest time trying to get in into a space. Had to walk all the way around front to meet pizza guy. Unit could've been a bit more tidy. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves.

Nice stay, check in should be simpler and all info in one place. Place is cute and clean.
