This is a spectacular location! Wonderful view, super close to town. We only wished we could have stayed longer. the living room heat wasn't responding when we turned it up. We messaged the property manager on the VRBO site. Nikki from Sea-Nik Vacation Home Rentals called us back within 15 minutes to help us work through the problem. We were heading out to dinner. While we were out she contacted the homeowner, found out how to reset the heating unit, and had it toasty warm by the time we came back. When we left I forgot something at the house. She contacted me to see if we were still in the area. I wasn't, so she sent it to the next stop on my trip in a timely manner. I was happy to pay the 25 fee and postage to get it before we moved on.

We could not have been any happier with the property and the stunning views! Would recommend this house to anyone.

The house is well-appointed, spacious, comfortable, and inviting, and the view of both the river outlet and the ocean is spectacular--so much to see!

The house was wonderful! It was absolutely immaculate when we arrived. The check-in process was really simple. The house’s secluded location provided some incredible views, especially at sunset, yet was only a short, 3-4 minute walk away from many shops and restaurants on the other side of the bridge. It was a great place to celebrate one of our party member’s surprise 40th birthday.A few MINOR contradictions:1. Online check-in said 4 PM, but 3 PM was posted on the key box outside the main entrance.2. One set of instructions in the house said to strip the sheets when leaving, but another set said not to.Definitely nothing significant that would prevent us from considering this property again in the future. All told, it really was a memorable weekend! Thank you for your hospitality!
